Tickets are now available for the #IoTDinner with James Akrigg (Head of Technology for Partners at Microsoft) on Tuesday 24th May 2016 in London discussing Microsoft Hololens.
This will be a very special event relevant to a wide variety of professionals from truly diverse backgrounds, far too numerous to list here – if you are a member of Digital Entrepreneur and would like to join us to learn all about what Microsoft have in store for us later this year when Hololens becomes available in the UK then please use this link.
If you are not yet a member of Digital Entrepreneur then book your ticket/s with the following link.
Please note that tickets are limited and that availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets tend to go quite quickly, if you want to be sure of a space we suggest registering no later than the week commencing 3rd May 2016.
Please arrive at the Radisson Edwardian Leicester Square around 6:45pm on Tuesday the 24th – the hotel is based in Leicester Square, if you take the London Underground to Leicester Square tube then walk in to Leicester Square, you will then see the hotel on the South Side. Pass through the hotel entrance and take the elevator to the top floor (no keycard is required for this floor), you can drop your coat and bags with the concierge when you leave the elevator and pick up your Prosecco ahead of a little light networking.
We will take our seats around 7pm for an introduction to Microsoft Hololens from James – please note that we will not be having a demonstration of the actual Hololens headset as it is not available in the UK until later in the year but James is a highly experienced keynote speaker and will walk us through an audio/visual presentation of what we are all in store for once it is available in the UK market, later this year.
No doubt, this will be an event like no other – we will have demonstrations of various technologies throughout the evening, all of which I will post details on over the next couple of weeks. If you would like to demonstrate your hardware/software at this event please do not hesitate to get in touch with me directly via this link.
The #IoTDinner typically runs the last Tuesday of each month however in May we run on the 24th which is the second to last Tuesday. We will then return to normal in June.
